Dan has 15 years of experience as a patent attorney in Chicago, including over a decade of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications. In his prosecution practice, Dan has specialized in the areas of computer hardware, computer software, Internet applications, and telecommunications. Prior to joining Invention Mine, Dan was a partner at a large Chicago-based IP boutique, which he joined after first being an associate in the IP group at a large Chicago-based general-practice firm.
Dan is a graduate of Harvard Law School (2001) and the University of Michigan (1998), where he earned a B.S.E. in Computer Engineering.
Dan is also the inventor of U.S. Patent No. 7,130,664.
