Daniel McCall is a Special Counsel to the Associate Chief Counsel (International) in the Office of Chief Counsel. Before joining Chief Counsel, Mr. McCall practiced international tax in Washington, D.C. with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. He also previously worked in Branch 4 of Chief Counsel (International), drafting published guidance regarding cross-border M&A. Mr. McCall holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, cum laude, where he also earned his J.D.
