Daniel C. Reynolds is an associate based in the New York office.

Mr. Reynolds’ practice focuses on real estate transactions, including the financing, acquisition and disposition of real property.

Mr. Reynolds was an associate in the New York office from 2000 to 2001, and rejoined the firm in 2011. He received a J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from New York University School of Law in 2000. He also received a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1997, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1993.

Mr. Reynolds has advised clients in the negotiation of joint ventures to acquire, finance and develop office, retail, hotel, multi-family and mixed-use properties throughout the United States.  Select experience includes representing clients in connection with the acquisition and financing of a portfolio of office and retail properties across several states; the acquisition, financing and refinancing of a portfolio of hotels; a joint venture to develop a regional mall, and the development of a mixed-use complex in New York City.

Mr. Reynolds advises both borrowers and lenders in various mortgage and mezzanine financing transactions, including both securitized and balance sheet loans.

Mr. Reynolds is a member of the Bars in New York, Massachusetts and Ohio.
