Colleen Kilfoyle is a New York-based associate in Dickstein Shapiro’s Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice who represents clients in complex bankruptcy-related and commercial litigation.

Colleen focuses her practice on representing both creditors’ committees and debtors in all aspects of Chapter 11 proceedings. Colleen has represented financial institutions in bankruptcy-related and commercial litigation involving a variety of financial instruments and transactions, including asset-backed securities.

Colleen began her career as an associate at McKee Nelson LLP in 2007. From 2009 to 2012, Colleen was an associate with Bingham McCutchen LLP.
