Clinton Hallman is an experienced Intellectual Property attorney having a wealth of experience as both an individual contributor and as a senior manager of IP organizations of a variety of sizes.  He has had a series of positions with progressively increasing levels of responsibility in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) and packaging industries including stints at Mobil Oil Corporation, the Altria Group and Kraft Foods.  His IP exposure includes patent portfolio development, technology strategic alliance building, IP licensing, and IP litigation.

Clinton is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Virginia and North Carolina.  He is admitted to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office.  He is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago. 

Clinton is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.  He received his law degree from the George Mason University School of Law.  He has been a presenter/instructor for a variety of legal topics including Advanced Licensing and Patent Litigation. 

Clinton is a current board member of the Greater Chicago Food Depository and Skokie Valley Baptist Church.  He is a past board member of the Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago.
