Christopher R.  Brewster

Mr. Brewster, as counsel to U.S. Senator Jack Danforth and the Senate Committee on Governmental Affairs, was one of the drafters of the Ethics in Government Act and the sentencing guideline provisions of the U.S. criminal code. He also played a key role in Senate committee investigations into corruption in government contracting. He has advised numerous firms in the development of FCPA corporate compliance and training programs, and has advised numerous clients in connection with FCPA investigations, including internal as well as government investigations. He is the author of the FCPA chapter of the PLI Deskbook on Internal Investigations, Corporate Compliance and White Collar Issues.
