Chris Bowes is a co-founder and Executive Director of the Center for Disability Advocacy Rights (“CeDAR”), Inc.  A graduate of the Cardozo School of Law, he has worked in the legal services field since 1994, first at MFY Legal Services and then at CeDAR since 1997.  He has represented hundreds of Social Security claimants in federal court and thousands in administrative hearings on disability and non-disability issues.
