Christine Abuel Pompa is an IP litigator with trial experience whose practice focuses principally on patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright litigation as well as opinion counseling. Because of her past experience in patent prosecution, she understands the technical issues that form the foundation for effective intellectual property evaluation and dispute resolution.

Christine advises clients in a wide range of business sectors, including food processing, telecommunications, computer software, automotive technology, and medical devices. 

Christine is committed to incorporating pro bono services into her practice. She has represented low-income clients in guardianship proceedings and in civil actions through Chicago Volunteer Legal Services. Christine also provides legal services as a volunteer with Lawyers for the Creative Arts.

Selected for inclusion in Illinois Super Lawyers - Rising Stars from 2010 through 2014, Christine has been recognized as one of the state's top up-and-coming lawyers.  She currently serves as a member of Fitch Even’s Diversity Committee.
