Christine Bruenn focuses her practice on representing clients facing state, federal and SRO securities regulatory issues. Christine is the former commissioner of the Maine Department of Professional & Financial Regulation and former Maine Securities Administrator. She served on the Board of Directors of the North American Securities Administrators Association from 1998 to 2004 and as its President in 2002-2003 acting as negotiator for all the states in the Global Research Analyst cases.  During an 18-year career in government securities regulation, her achievements included creating and implementing an investment adviser licensing and examination program, overseeing a broker-dealer inspection program, implementing electronic securities registration, and supervising numerous civil and criminal investigations.
