Charles Allen Yuen

Since graduating from law school 1985, Mr. Yuen's practice has focused primarily on litigation. He also assists clients in negotiation of contract terms and in seeking recoveries for breach. His experience includes representing policyholders in simple as well as complex and multi-jurisdictional insurance coverage lawsuits, franchisors in disputes with franchisees, and manufacturers in labor-related and product liability suits. He has handled matters involving contract, tort, fiduciary, ERISA, trademark, patent, environmental, and bankruptcy law. He has represented a variety of smaller as well as blue-chip large corporate clients.

Mr. Yuen graduated from Princeton University in 1982 (B.S.E., civil engineering) and from the University of Michigan Law School in 1985 (J.D.). He is admitted to the federal and state courts in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut, and has appeared pro hac vice in other courts.

Mr. Yuen currently serves as a Associate Editor of the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Law Journal, published by the American Bar Association, and as a Co-Chair of the Professional Liability Insurance Subcommittee of the American Bar Association's Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee.
