Celeste Chase is an Assistant Regional Director in the New York Regional Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Ms. Chase joined the staff of the SEC in 2000. In her current role, Ms. Chase investigates violations of the federal securities laws and supervises other attorneys. Prior to joining the SEC, Ms. Chase was a litigation associate at Morgan Lewis in Philadelphia, Dewey Ballantine LLP in New York and Grant & Eisenhofer P.A. in Wilmington. Ms. Chase is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and the Wharton School of Finance, where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Economics
