C. STEVEN BRADFORD is the Earl Dunlap Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Law. He teaches in the areas of securities regulation, corporate law, and accounting for lawyers. Professor Bradford is the author of numerous articles on securities regulation, including several articles on small business exemptions. He has written two articles on crowdfunding: (1) Crowdfunding and the Federal Securities Laws, 2012 COLUM. BUS. L. REV. 1 (2012), available at http://ssrn.com/abstract=1916184; and (2) The New Federal Crowdfunding Exemption: Promise Unfulfilled, 40 SEC. REG. L. Professor Bradford received his B.S., summa cum laude, from Utah State University, an M.P.P. from Harvard University, and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
