Bruce R. Millman is Office Managing Shareholder of the New York City office of Littler Mendelson, P.C., the world’s largest employment and labor law firm exclusively devoted to representing management. He has forty years’ experience partnering with private and public sector employers on labor and personnel matters. His practice focuses on business restructuring, wage and hour and New York employment law issues, labor management relations, discrimination and harassment, employment policies, performance management and termination, and litigation strategies. His active participation in Littler’s Corporate Compliance, Business Restructuring, Traditional Labor, Wage & Hour, International, Robotics and Healthcare practice groups reflects his wide-ranging interests and experience. He is a fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and has also earned industry recognition as a leading labor and employment attorney.  Millman is included on such prestigious lists as International Who's Who of Management Labour and Employment Lawyers (Who’s Who Legal), Best Lawyers in America, New York Metro Super Lawyers, and Who’s Who in American Law. He is a frequent speaker on employment law issues and has authored numerous articles and publications.  He is a former chair of the Labor & Employment Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.  Millman is a also a member of the American Bar Association, the New York Bar Foundation, the Nassau County Bar Association and the Labor Employment Relations Association. He received his J.D. from Columbia University (1973) and his A.B. from Princeton University (1970).
