Prior to entering academia, Bruce Boyden practiced law at Proskauer Rose LLP in its Washington, D.C. and New York offices. In both academia and in private practice, Professor Boyden has focused on the emerging law concerning the Internet and privacy and data security. Professor Boyden is a 1997 graduate of Yale Law School and a member of the New York, District of Columbia, and Wisconsin Bars.
