Brian Regan is the Chief of Staff and Senior Legal & Policy Advisor in FCC’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau. Brian helps to manage the day-to-day operations of the Wireless Bureau, helps establish and execute the Bureau’s policy strategy, and is the senior advisor on a variety of matters, including spectrum. Brian has been deeply involved in much of the Commission’s recent spectrum activities, including H Block, AWS-4, AWS-3, 3.5 GHz, and Spectrum Frontiers. In addition, Brian helps lead the Commission’s interagency spectrum coordination efforts. Prior to joining the FCC, Brian was the Director of Government Relations for PCIA-The Wireless Infrastructure Association, where he managed local, state, and federal regulatory and legislative matters. Brian holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Delaware and his J.D. with a certificate in Communications Law Studies from the Catholic University Columbus School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief for CommLaw Conspectus: Journal of Communications Law and Policy.
