Brian Curran’s practice focuses on regulatory and policy matters affecting international transactions, including advising clients on compliance with U.S. export control laws, economic sanctions programs, and anti-boycott laws. Brian also assists clients in connection with transactions implicating national security reviews conducted by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).

Prior to attending law school, Brian was an analyst with the Defense Intelligence Agency. After receiving his law degree, he served as a law clerk to The Honorable Charles F. Lettow of the United States Court of Federal Claims.
