Bret I. Parker is Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Elizabeth Arden, Inc. Previously, he was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Wyeth (now part of Pfizer Inc.) and Assistant General Counsel with the Colgate-Palmolive Company.  Prior to going in-house, he specialized in litigation, trademark, unfair competition, copyright and media in private practice. He also clerked for the Honorable K. Michael Moore of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Parker currently serves as Vice President of the International Trademark Association (INTA), member of the Board of Directors and member of the Executive Committee of INTA.  Mr. Parker also chaired the 2010 INTA Pro Bono Task Force. He also chaired the Trademarks and Unfair Competition Committee of the New York City Bar Association and has served on various committees of the New York State Bar Association.

Mr. Parker was Director of Wyeth's Pro Bono Program and served as Chair of the Pro Bono and Outreach Committee of the New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association (and member of its Board of Directors), member of the Pro Bono Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association and a member of the Pro Bono and Legal Services Committee of the New York City Bar Association.  He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Volunteer Lawyers for Justice.

Mr. Parker attended the University of Pennsylvania (B.A.) and Fordham University School of Law (J.D.), where he was Managing Editor of the Fordham International Law Journal.
