Mr. Bradley K. Serwin, also known as Brad, Esq. has been a General Counsel at Glassdoor, Inc. since July 2015. Mr. Serwin is responsible for overseeing all legal matters globally. He served as Chief Operating Officer and general counsel of Playdom, Inc. Prior to Playdom, he served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Leslie Rudd Investment Company. He served as Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Acting General Counsel at Ticketmaster Entertainment, Inc. (formerly Ticketmaster) since November 2001. He served as General Counsel and Secretary of Las Vegas Sands Corp. since January 2005 and oversaw its legal, regulatory and compliance affairs. Mr. Serwin served as an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Ticketmaster Group, Inc. from January 2001 to November 2001. He served as Senior Vice President, general counsel and secretary at PAULA Financial. He served as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of eBay Inc., where he was responsible for all legal affairs for eBay.com and its affiliated sites as well as all litigation and non-patent IP matters. He served as general counsel at several hyper-growth companies spanning the technology, hospitality and gaming industries, including Dean & Deluca. He practiced law for 9 years with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where he specialized in transactional and securities law matters. Mr. Serwin received his J.D. from the Harvard Law School in 1986. He also graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School and summa cum laude with a BA in business economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
