Aryn serves as Assistant General Counsel of CBS Corporation in the Intellectual Property Department.  Her primary responsibility is to coordinate intellectual property issues for CBS and its subsidiaries, which includes prosecution and enforcement of its trademarks and copyrights. She also provides guidance and advice concerning intellectual property law issues that arise with the advent of new technology, such as issues concerning copyright infringement, domain names, and anti-piracy.

Aryn began her career in the intellectual property field as an associate at Stephen M. Gaffigan, P.A., representing numerous high fashion industry clients in anti-counterfeiting and domain name disputes. Prior to joining CBS, Aryn was an associate at Cowan, Liebowitz and Latman, P.C, where she represented clients in all aspects of domestic and international trademark clearance, prosecution, enforcement and litigation matters.

Aryn is a member of the New York and New Jersey state bars, as well as a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel-NYC Women's Group Steering Committee and the Committee on Women in the Law of the New York State Bar Association. She served as a contributing author to the Copyright Annual Review, authored an article for the World Trademark Review magazine, and lectured on the topic of non-traditional trademarks at the New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies. Aryn has also spoken on several panels on issues concerning intellectual property, including for the Association of Corporate Counsel and for the Cardozo Intellectual Property Law Society on World IP Day.

Aryn graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 2007, and earned her J.D. from The University of Miami School of Law in 2010, where she graduated magna cum laude and was named a member of the Order of the Coif. While attending law school, Aryn was awarded a Miami Scholars Public Interest scholarship, became a member of the International and Comparative Law Review, and received the Honorable Theodore Klein Endowed Scholarship for Litigation Skills.
