Arthur T. Perkins, Jr., CPA, CIRA

Mr. Perkins has more than 25 years of experience in assisting under-performing companies achieve their value potential through value-based management, strategy, turnaround and financial restructuring consulting.  He frequently assists in distressed company situations advising debtors, lenders, other creditors, investors and others in out-of-court and in-court situations.  His engagements have spanned a wide range of industries including: retail, distribution, manufacturing, food processing, agribusiness, telecommunications, media, technology, real estate, forest products, alternative energy, oil & gas, and construction.  In addition, Mr. Perkins has served as an expert in more than fifty disputes, testifying approximately twenty-five times at deposition, trial or arbitration, principally on fraudulent transfers/conveyances, economic damages, preferential transfers, viability issues, indicia of fraud, anti-trust issues and other financial matters.
