Anne Regan is a partner practicing in the areas of employee rights and benefits, consumer protection and investor fraud, focusing on collective and class actions and Multi-District Litigation.  At heart, she seeks economic justice for her clients, whether they are individuals or businesses.

In her employment law cases, Anne has recovered millions of dollars in unpaid overtime and penalties for employees who were misclassified under the Fair Labor Standards Act and state wage and hour laws, or who were required to work without compensation. Anne has been instrumental in the ongoing representation of Fed Ex drivers seeking to recover unpaid expenses and benefits in the nationwide MDL and also in resolving FedEx driver claims in Fluegel v. FedEx Ground Package System, Case No. 05-cv-02326.  Her other recent cases include resolving thousands of meat processing workers' claims against companies such as Butterball, Gold'n Plump, Brakebush Brothers and Green Bay Dressed Beef, and a trial and successful defense of an appeal in the Farmers Insurance misclassification case.

Anne graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School, and magna cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.  She has contributed as a Minnesota Federal Bar Association Pro Se Project Attorney and has taught legal writing at the University of Minnesota Law School.  She serves on the Board of the Minnesota affiliate of NELA. Since 2012, Anne has been recognized by her peers as a Rising Star.

Ms. Regan is licensed in Minnesota and Illinois, and is admitted to practice in multiple federal district and appellate courts.  She is a member of the Federal Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association and its Minnesota affiliate, the Antitrust and Labor & Employment Divisions of the American Bar Association, and the National Association of Shareholder and Consumer Attorneys (NASCAT).
