Anna Levine is Senior Staff Attorney at the Child Care Law Center. She joined the Child Care Law Center in 2012 from Disability Rights Advocates, where she brought impact litigation that included education and testing rights cases on behalf of students with disabilities, and insurance parity claims on behalf of families of children with autism spectrum disorders. Ms. Levine previously worked as a staff attorney at Disability Rights California and as a Skadden Fellow at Mental Health Advocacy Services, Inc., pursuing policy and legislative work, and outreach and training, as well as representing people with mental and developmental disabilities in administrative proceedings and in state and federal court. She is a winner of the 2011 Attorney of the Year award from the California legal newspaper, The Recorder. She received her J.D. from Yale Law School in 2003.
