Andrew J. Dell’Olio is an attorney with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority - New York City Transit Authority, where he specializes in construction law and procurement contracts for MTA rail rolling stock and bus fleets.  He received his B.A. in Political Science from Hunter College of the City University of New York and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.  He previously practiced construction and procurement law with the New York City Housing Authority.  Prior to government service, Andrew worked as foreign counsel to a Brazilian law firm in São Paulo, Brazil, representing multinational clients in cross-border corporate transactions, including utility privatizations and industrial commercial agreements.
