Andrew leads KPMG’s Pharmaceuticals Transaction Services practice in the US. He has 14 years of public accounting experience in serving public and private domestic and multi-national corporations. Andrew has been providing deal advisory services since 2002 and has served on potential domestic and international, buy and sell side transactions ranging in value, up to over $5 billion. Prior to joining KPMG and becoming a transaction services professional, Andrew worked in a public accounting audit practice, where he also served as a technical resource on revenue recognition issues.

Professional and Industry Experience
While at KPMG, he has been responsible for managing various aspects of the due diligence process for strategic and financial buyers. Andrew has significant experience serving clients in various Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries including, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, contract research and manufacturing organizations, and consumer health.
  • Led the due diligence assistance for a multinational public biopharmaceutical company on its $3 billion acquisition of a global public pharmaceutical company.
  • Led the due diligence assistance for a public pharmaceutical andhealthcare company on its $700 million acquisition of a public biotechnology company
  • Advised a public pharmaceutical and healthcare company on their $1.7 billion acquisition of a public pharmaceutical company.
  • Provided financial due diligence assistance to a global life sciences company in its $600 million acquisition of a public medical device company.
  • Led the sell-side due diligence assistance for the $5 billion sale of a consumer products business by a multinational pharmaceutical company.
  • Advised a public diagnostics company on its $2 billion acquisition of a diagnostics company.
