Amy Farber is a Senior Associate with the New York office of the law firm DLA Piper LLP (US).  Amy concentrates her practice in the area of commercial leasing, with extensive experience representing both landlords and tenants in office and retail lease negotiations, with particular experience representing supermarkets, and ongoing lease administration. She has represented a wide breadth of clients from a major media company subleasing over 100,000 square feet in a New York office tower to a start up distillery.  Amy is also experienced in all aspects of lease related due diligence in connection with real estate acquisitions and corporate transactions.

Amy has experience with real estate financing, conveyancing and leasing representing borrowers, sellers, landlords and tenants and developers in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including having negotiated some of the signs that light up New York's Times Square.
