Alice Eldridge is the Vice President and Chief Counsel for the Platforms and Services (P&S) division at BAE Systems, with businesses in the US, Sweden and the UK. She is responsible for legal services across the P&S division, which includes the combat vehicles, weapons systems, ship repair, protection systems, ordinance systems, and Hagglunds business units. Ms. Eldridge has responsibility for the legal, security, ethics, export and contracts functions within P&S.

Previously, Eldridge was Vice President of Ethics and Business Conduct for Lockheed Martin Corporation. In this capacity, she was responsible for managing the corporation’s ethics program, which is internationally recognized as a model for promoting adherence to high standards of individual and business conduct. Prior to assuming that role, Eldridge was Vice President and General Counsel for Lockheed Martin Systems Integration and General Counsel for Lockheed Martin Tactical  Systems. Before Lockheed Martin, she gained extensive experience in government contracting with the firms of Howrey and Simon, and Davis, Graham & Stubbs.

Eldridge has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Vermont at Burlington and a Juris Doctor degree with honors from the George Washington University, National Law Center in Washington, DC. She is a member of the Maryland and Washington, DC bar associations, the American Bar Association and the American Corporate Counsels Association.
