Alexander F. Brigham is the President and CEO of Corpedia Corporation.

Corpedia was founded in 1998 and is a leader in ethics and compliance eLearning, risk assessment, code of conduct services, benchmarking and many other areas of ethics and compliance consulting.  Corpedia has over 600 customers in more than 150 countries that utilize our products and services to avoid the scrutiny of the federal sentencing guidelines as well as other compliance and ethics dilemmas.

Corpedia offers an array of products and services including hundreds of ethics and compliance eLearning programs that range from antitrust to product liability to workplace harassment.  Corpedia also specializes in Code of Conduct services that include code design, review and updates as well as in-depth risk assessment consulting for those organizations that need to weigh their risk areas.

Alex Brigham serves as the Executive Director of the Ethisphere Institute, a research, rating and media organization co-founded by Corpedia, the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), Thomson West, the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the international antibribery group, TRACE International. 

Mr. Brigham was a principal with the leveraged buyout firm partnership, Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R). While at CD&R, Mr. Brigham played an active directorship role in the purchase, oversight, strategy and risk management of Kinko's, Kraft Food Service, and Westinghouse Distribution, among other global institutions.  Mr. Brigham is a graduate of Yale University and previously was also a financial analyst at the investment banking firm, Lazard Freres.

Mr. Brigham also engages himself in many industry events and has presented on the topics of ethics and compliance eLearning programs, codes of conduct and risk assessment as well as many other compliance and ethics related issues.
