Adam Wiers is a trial attorney with substantial experience representing clients in trial courts, appellate courts, and arbitrations.

Currently, Adam acts as lead counsel in representing Experian in various class actions filed around the country. In this capacity, he has enjoyed a recent string of successes, including prevailing on summary judgment in a class action pending in the Southern District of Indiana, and prevailing on a motion to dismiss in a class action filed in the Northern District of Illinois.

Adam has also spent a significant amount of time during the past few years trying cases for R.J. Reynolds. In particular, Adam has tried multiple Engle progeny health and smoking cases in various Florida courts over the past year. In addition, during the past few years Adam has acted as trial counsel for Reynolds in multiple arbitration trials regarding a massive contract dispute with the various states arising under the groundbreaking Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement. In both these capacities, Adam has had much success.

Adam also dedicates significant time to pro bono work, including representing victims of atrocities in asylum petitions. One of his asylum victories was featured on the front page of the Chicago Sun-Times and on CBS's "Nightly News." Adam also recently acted as lead trial lawyer representing a religious school on a pro bono basis in a multi-week trial involving various constitutional and religious discrimination claims related to zoning decisions made by a suburban city.
