Adam L. Hirsch is an attorney in the Business Reorganization Group at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. His practice focuses on corporate restructuring, creditors' rights, distressed mergers and acquisitions, debtor-in-possession financing, and broker-dealer insolvency issues.

In addition to representing Lionel LLC and Quigley Company, Inc. as Chapter 11 debtors, Adam's representations include the following:

  • The agent under a debtor-in-possession credit facility in the Chapter 11 cases of Aloha Airgroup, Inc. and its affiliates.
  • The agent under pre-petition and debtor-in-possession credit facilities in the Chapter 11 cases of Global Motorsport Group, Inc. and its affiliates.
  • An equipment lessor in the Chapter 11 case of Le-Nature's, Inc.
  • A secured lender in the Chapter 7 liquidation of Probulk, Inc. and its affiliates.
  • A secured lender in its strict foreclosure on assets of an oil and gas company.
  • Defendants in various preference and fraudulent transfer actions.
  • Purchasers of assets from distressed companies.

Adam received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Tulane University School of Law in 2004 and his B.A. from Northwestern University in 2001.
