Adam DiLeo is a managing attorney in the New York City Department of Social Services’ Office of Legal Affairs. Under the supervision of the Deputy General Counsel for Health and Community Services he oversees the handling of legal issues facing the city’s Medical Assistance Program, Home Care Services Program, HIV/AIDS Services Administration, and Adult Protective Services program. He has been an attorney with DSS and the New York City Human Resources Administration since 2008. He has also worked in the private sector as an associate at Rosenbaum and Rosenbaum PC and Harmon and Seidman LLC. He earned his JD from Fordham University.
