London-based Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP partner Mark S. Bergman will provide an overview of the issues U.S. securities counsel should be aware of when representing European issuers, which are not SEC reporting companies, that are seeking to access the U.S. capital markets as part of initial public offerings or follow-on offerings.

Mark has been resident in the firm’s London office for over 16 years and heads the firm’s Global Capital Markets and Securities Practice.
