Abby Meiselman is the head of Investment Banking Litigation for the Americas at UBS, where she is responsible for litigation and regulatory matters and internal investigations.  Abby has held similar senior litigation roles at other global financial institutions, including Bank of America, before she joined UBS in 2010.  She has been involved in a range of significant matters, both domestic and cross-border, that the financial services industry has confronted in recent years, including investigations and litigation relating to interest rate benchmarks, RMBS, CDOs, municipal derivatives, and ARS.  Abby also has served as a prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York.  She received her B.A. from Harvard University and J.D. from New York University School of Law.
