A. Richard Susko is Senior Counsel based in the New York office.

Mr. Susko frequently lectures on employee benefits topics and co-chaired the annual PLI program on legal issues involved with the investment of pension plans subject to ERISA for more than 20 years.

Mr. Susko joined the firm in 1974 and became a partner in 1982.  He received
J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Stanford University in 1974, an LL.M. degree in taxation from New York University in 1980, and an undergraduate degree from Union College in 1969.

Mr. Susko is a member of the Bar in New York and is also a charter member of American College of Employee Benefits Counsel.  Mr. Susko was an Adjunct Professor of Executive Compensation at New York University School of Law and a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School.
