    Nina A Blackshear

    Nina Blackshear is a Certified Executive Coach, corporate attorney and the owner/principal of Nina Blackshear Coaching + Consulting. During her career, she has pivoted several times, working in Major Gift Fundraising, Marketing Communications, Human Resources and Real Estate. Though her coaching practice is inclusive, she is passionate about offering a safe space for successful women (particularly women of color) to overcome limiting beliefs, lead with confidence, and level up to “What’s Next.” 

    Nina earned her BA in Political & Social Thought from the University of Virginia and her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Communication & Cross-Cultural Leadership from Temple University’s Klein College of Media & Communication.   

    Nina serves on the Advisory Board of CenterForce USA, which holds Diversity Conferences and Workshops around the country designed for the legal profession. She is also a past a Board Member and DEIB Co-Chair for the Association of Corporate Counsel (Greater Philadelphia Chapter). She provides executive and leadership coaching to senior-level and C-Suite clients across industries, and is regularly sought out to weigh in on an array of legal and leadership topics for webinars, podcasts and conferences.
