Overview

The Banking Law Institute 2019 program has gathered a diverse and exciting faculty of presenters to address the legal and regulatory issues currently shaping banking law practice. Discussions will focus on hot bank regulatory topics, such as changes in regulators’ approach to transactions and whether a new round of bank merger activity has begun, in addition to regulatory developments in banking, and the current themes of supervision and enforcement.
