Why You Should Attend

Section 1983 litigation is multi-faceted and often complex. The law of Section 1983 litigation and Section 1983 attorney’s fees is voluminous and continues to develop on an ongoing basis. At PLI’s 33rd Annual Section 1983 Civil Rights Litigation program, a highly experienced and accomplished faculty will analyze recent Section 1983 trends and developments. The faculty includes a law school dean, federal circuit and district court judges, legal scholars and authors, and Section 1983 practitioners.
