Why You Should Attend

This program is designed to help professionals improve their understanding of the nuances of what is required of audit committees and special committees, and those who advise them. Our faculty of experts will delve into regulatory developments and the pressing legal ethics issues of the day, before taking a four-part approach into internal investigations.

Utilizing a real-world case study, attendees will be able to investigate and gain insight on how internal investigations are approached from multiple perspectives: the board of directors, the outside counsel, the forensic accountant, and the regulators and auditors.
