Please join us for a One-Hour Briefing on emerging issues in the laws governing Native Advertising around the world. With the breaking down of the separation between "advertising" and editorial content, advertisers are faced with new challenges.  What content is actually "advertising"?  When is it necessary to use a disclosure that content is advertising, in social media, and other sponsored content?  Does identifying content as "advertising" or "sponsored" create additional right of publicity issues?
