At PLI’s Higher Education Law 2014: Current Issues and Recent Developments, an expert faculty, comprised of attorneys working both in private practice and in universities, will provide updates  and best practices in three important  areas of higher education law today: Title IX and sexual harassment policies; disability discrimination; and research compliance.
