Overview

A practical review of how conflicts of interest in law practice arise and helpful approaches in managing them.  

An experienced faculty, including law firm general counsel, will review current developments in conflicts of interest and their practical takeaways, delivering useful insights for attorneys of all backgrounds.  The agenda will address how to spot potential and actual conflicts, determine if such conflicts can be waived, as well as how to craft effective waivers.
