Overview

Why you should attend

In the wake of the financial crisis we continue to see unprecedented changes in our economic, business and regulatory regimes in general, and in enforcement efforts in particular. The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, the most sweeping financial regulatory reform in decades, is now bringing additional changes to the enforcement arena. The Act gives significant new enforcement authority and resources to the SEC, and affords new whistleblower incentives and protections. Public companies and their counsel must be prepared for the sweeping changes and new rules. This program will bring together senior staff from the various enforcement agencies to discuss their priorities, and how they work together, and to offer best practices for today’s rapidly changing regulatory environment.
