Ricardo Diniz, presently has the position of Vice Chairman of Bank of America Merrill Lynch Brazil, with experience of more than 25 years in management positions. Previously, Ricardo was CEO of Thomson Reuters for Brazil and Latin America between 1996 and 2012. At Reuters, Mr. Diniz headed more than 500 people, reaching important results such as double-digit profitability and growth. Furthermore, Ricardo obtained important results by reviewing the structure and renegotiating third-party contracts during the initial years heading the company, which led to savings of more than 25% of revenues. Before the executive position at Reuters, Ricardo also executed Managing Director positions in Agência O Estado, Agência O Globo and Meca Teleinformatica S/A, the last one Mr. Diniz is also a Founding Partner. Since 1997, Ricardo was present in many seminars, courses and conferences in Institutions such as Harvard Business School, Michigan University, MIT Boston, Insead and FGV/SP.
