35 USC Section 102 has been amended recently. Be sure that you fully understand these changes to the concept of “prior art,” the touchstone of patentability. Attend this one-day program and gain a better working understanding of Section 102, including the recent amendments.

You do not want to miss this important patent law program from PLI. Prior Art 2007: The PTO and CAFC Perspective on Patent Law Section 102 is scheduled live in New York City on July 18, 2007, with a Philadelphia Groupcast Location and also available as a Live Webcast. New York CLE Credit:
