Tom Servodidio is the Chair of Duane Morris's employment and immigration practice group. A partner in the firms Philadelphia office, Tom handles management labor relations and employment law, employment discrimination litigation, restrictive covenant litigation, COBRA matters and affirmative action issues. Mr. Servodidio also handles arbitrations, collective bargaining negotiations and matters before the National Labor Relations Board.

Eve Klein, Partner, Duane Morris LLP (Employment)
A partner in the firm's New York office, Eve Klein practices in the area of employment law and labor relations.  She has extensive experience advising clients about their rights and obligations regarding laws and regulations which affect the workplace, including the employment discrimination statutes, family and medical leave laws, work eligibility rules, plant closing restrictions, union representation, grievance and collective bargaining issues, wage and hour rules, employment contracts, restrictive covenants, tort laws, and employee benefits rules.  Eve works with clients to provide practical solutions in an effort to avoid employment-based litigation and, when necessary, vigilantly defends their interests in litigation.

W. Michael Gradisek, Partner, Duane Morris LLP (Benefits/Exec Compensation)
A partner in Duane Morris' Philadelphia office, W. Michael Gradisek practices in the areas of employee benefits law, ERISA and executive compensation and chairs the Firm's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice.  From qualified retirement plans to sophisticated equity compensation arrangements and from executive employment agreements to broad-based health and welfare plans, Mike leads a practice that combines practical experience with service that leads to practical solutions.

Lisa Spiegel, Partner, Duane Morris LLP (Immigration/Nationality Law)
A partner in the firm's San Francisco office, Lisa Spiegel practices in the areas of immigration and nationality law, concentrating in issues related to the employment of foreign nationals.  She has been designated as a certified specialist in immigration and nationality law by the State Bar of California and is a past chair of the Northern California Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Lisa currently serves on the Association's National Committee on Business for the Association.  Lisa is also president of the Board of the Immigrant Legal Resource Center. She is admitted to practice in New York and California.
