Mark Haley serves as vice president and deputy general counsel of BAE Systems, Inc., having joined BAE Systems in 2006. He is primarily associated with the supervision of all litigation, investigations, and protests associated with BAE Systems, Inc. and its businesses, which collectively employ over 45,000 people in the US, UK, Sweden, Israel, Germany, Mexico, and South Africa and had 2010 revenues of $17.9 billion ..

Haley joined BAE Systems in 2006 after serving as vice president and deputy general counsel at General Dynamics and general counsel of General Dynamics' Bath Iron Works Corporation. He spent close to three decades as a litigator at several firms in Maine. He is a member of the Maine and Massachusetts Bar Associations, the U.S. District Court of Maine, the First and Seventh Circuit U.S. Courts of Appeals, and the Defense Research Institute. Haley was listed in every edition of The Best Lawyers in America from 1987 - 2006.
