SR. WEB DEVELOPER
Responsible for ongoing product development, content production, support of live and on demand web programs and other online products that are developed. Will develop and implement new features and content areas and make appropriate changes and upgrades. Will integrate data with business systems as needed by other departments. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and education plus 3 years directly related to corporate Web Development and production experience required. Knowledge of Web technologies, databases, video editing skills, project management skill and excellent communication skills necessary. Must have demonstrated experience and knowledge of ASP.NET, SQL, C#, HTML/XHTML, JavaScript/jQuery, Video Encoding, Flash and Adobe Production Suite, Microsoft Office Applications. Xcode, Objective C and Web content management systems a plus.


PROGRAM ASSISTANT
(2 Positions Available)
Will support the needs of the Program Attorney in preparation of seminars and training programs. Type correspondence and marketing materials, answer phone inquiries, maintain and update computer database information and program files and assist in the submission of course handbook materials to the Publishing division. College degree plus 2-4 years administrative support experience required. Excellent computer skills with knowledge of various software programs necessary. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.


MCLE COORDINATOR
Will support the needs of the CLE department and the credit needs of PLI customers. Ensure proper credit issuance to PLI customers; manage customer service credit inquiries, trouble-shooting system and process exceptions, and develop a strong knowledge of credit and MCLE regulatory issues. Assist in the accreditation of PLI programs, credit reporting and various other CLE-related projects. College degree with excellent written and verbal communication and strong phone skills required. High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT, Visio, etc.) Strong research skills and CLE knowledge or experience a major plus.


DIRECTOR, MAJOR ACCOUNTS
Will target new and existing business opportunities at law firms, corporate legal departments and financial institutions with large volume of clients.  Functional knowledge of education, distance learning and the legal community are preferred.  Bachelor degree with 6-10 years institutional sales experience, excellent communication, presentation skills and willingness to travel required.


ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Will manage existing accounts and prospect new opportunities. Research PLI programs and services in order to sell to clients and renew contracts. Bachelor’s degree plus 1-2 years sales experience required. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and customer service skills necessary. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet search engines required.
