Q. Since I have the book on a 30-day approval what happens if I don't decide to keep the book.
A. You must place a call to our 800 number, (800) 260-4PLI (4754) or (212) 824-5710 so we can issue a call tag for the return of the book and route it properly. Returns made in any other manner are not traceable and the invoice will remain open.
Q. Are the updates to treatises free?
A. If the supplement or new edition is released within 90 days of the original purchase date for your treatise you will only pay our standard shipping and handling charge, the supplement or new edition is free. After the 90 days have passed you will be charged per supplement, per edition. These prices vary depending on the update.
Q. How many CLE credits are given for each seminar?
A. The CLE credits for each seminar are listed with that seminar in its program description (CLE Calculator) or in the brochure under Registration/Hotel Information. Seminar credits are available 4-6 weeks prior to the program date. Also, if you personalize the website you can see the MCLE credits for your state as indicated.

Q. Does my registration include hotel accommodations?
A. Your registration does not include hotel accommodations. Information on hotel accommodations for each program can be found under the "TRAVEL INFO" tab found with each seminar detail page.
Q. Does PLI have a Scholarship/Financial Hardship Policy?
A. Yes. Full and partial scholarships are available for judges, judicial law clerks, law professors, law students, attorneys 65 or older, law librarians, attorneys who work for nonprofit organizations, legal services organizations or government agencies, and unemployed attorneys. Scholarship applications must be submitted at least four weeks prior to the Live Seminar, Webcast, or CLE Now (on-demand web program) you wish to attend.
