REGGIE DAVIS is currently Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Zynga Inc. and is responsible for Zynga's Legal Affairs and Govern merit Relations. Prior to joining Zynga, Reggie spent 10 years at Yahoo! where he served as an Associate General Counsel and as Vice President Network Operations. Reggie spent ten years as a partner at Hancock Rothert & Bunshoft (now Duane Morris LLP).
Reggie received his bachelor's degree in European History and Sociology with honors from Harvard University and a J.D. from Tulane University Law School.
