David A. Kanarek is a corporate associate resident in Fried Frank's New York office. He joined the Firm in 2004.
Mr. Kanarek concentrates his practice on corporate finance transactions, including the representation of issuers and underwriters in domestic and international public and private debt and equity securities offerings and related capital markets transactions. He has also been actively involved in corporate restructurings, including acting as lead counsel to ACA Capital Holdings in its corporate reorganization.
In addition, Mr. Kanarek frequently works with investment banks in connection with acquisition financing commitments, and advises clients on a variety of securities law and corporate governance matters.
