    The SEC Institute is a leader in SEC compliance education, conducting workshops and seminars throughout the country since 1983, with a focus on SEC and FASB rules and regulations. The SEC Institute’s goal is to help public companies in the United States and abroad do the best possible job of meeting the filing requirements of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

  • Is The SEC Institute still in existence and do they offer the same programs as in prior years?

    Yes, The SEC Institute, now a division of PLI, offers many of the same workshops and seminars offered in prior years as well as new workshops, seminars and one-hour briefings.
